We require the name and phone number of the contact person who is making the appointments, along with their credit card number, in order to reserve the services and appointment times requested.
We will need the complete names of those coming in for services and what type of services they require.
Extra time is allowed for special occasion services so it is very important that everyone is on time for their appointment. We want to be able to give you our full attention on this special day.
In order to allow us to spend more time on styling, we ask that everyone come in with their hair clean and dry.
If you should need to cancel an appointment you must call and cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 1/2 the price of the services scheduled. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
Appointments that don't "show up" or cancel on day of the scheduled appointment will be charged full price of the services scheduled. This amount will be charged to the credit card provided.
